SUNFREE's vertical solar poles provide Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, with 100% sustainable lighting

A key project under the Abu Dhabi Government's Housing Programmes for the UAE Nationals， is gaining momentum for its solar street lighting system with an advanced green technology that proved to be 100 percent sustainable and didn't require maintenance during the operation of the system for a few years continuously.
The SUNFREE vertical solar poles and Intelligent control system in the Yas Island housing development in terms of achieving self-sufficient status in energy consumption and zero maintenance. This system ensures the reduction of 80 percent of CO2 emissions and the reduction of infrastructure and cabling costs, in addition to its dimming capabilities. The solar poles run for a constant few years with unfailing performance, zero maintenance, and non-cleaning requirements in an environment of constant climatic changes with sandstorms and humidity.
